We want you to love your song. Refunds cover technical problems on our side. Here is how that works for Your Song and the lyric keepsake.
Listen before you pay
You can hear 90-second previews of both original versions before you pay.
If something goes wrong on our side
If your full song will not play or download, your gift page does not work, or you were charged more than once, contact us. We will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund you in full.
If the song is not quite right
Your purchase includes unlimited revisions for the same song gift, so tell us what to change and we will make a new version. Because you hear previews before you pay and revisions are included, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or would prefer a different style.
Lyric keepsake
If your $9 printable keepsake will not download or has a mistake we cannot correct, we will refund it in full. Because it is a digital download, we cannot refund it for other reasons.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@yourgiftsmith.com from the address you used at checkout, and tell us what happened. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster.
